Summary:Coffee estate with 150-year-old main house and annexe (timber and laterite masonry) on a hilltop and 200-year-old unoccupied ancestral house (timber and mud) at foot of the hill. Adaptive re-use of main house and annexe as hotel and ancestral home and garage as owner's residence.
